Originally opened in 1938, the theater has long been a recognizable part of the North Beach community and is now entering an exciting new chapter.
Our team recently completed electrical work as part of the property’s extensive renovation, helping prepare the venue for its new life as a premier event space and the home of the highly anticipated Miramar Food Hall. The revitalized complex combines the charm of the original Spanish Colonial Revival architecture with modern amenities designed to serve both residents and visitors.
The new Miramar Food Hall will feature a variety of local and regional food concepts, gathering spaces, and ocean-view amenities, bringing new energy to San Clemente’s North Beach district.
